LAUSD's Learning, Communications & Web Services Branch (LCW), part of the Office of the Chief Operating Officer, is working with SchoolLoop to provide all LAUSD schools with websites at no cost. We have completed a successful 20-school pilot with School Loop, and are extending this program first to our elementary schools, and next to our secondary schools.
In our judgment, School Loop offers world-class software and first-rate support. Designed specifically for schools, School Loop makes it easy for everyone to create and manage fantastic websites.
LCW has committed to support the School Loop Website program from concept through full implementation. LCW will take a lead role in working with our schools, assist in bridging technical gaps, and offer website guidance from the planning stages to launch.
School Loop is offering School Loop Standard (Standalone) to our schools at no cost. There is no charge for the content management system, hosting, bandwidth or storage. We encourage our schools to take advantage of this opportunity.
